Hi, I am a big Rolling Stone (magazine) fan. Why do you do politics?
Why not?! I'm a political junkie. In fact, I once saw myself going into politics. Though I have changed my mind on that score, I still follow it rabidly. And these next few years are going to be a politico's paradise!
I am confused about the Rolling Stone comment... did I miss something?
I think that makes two of us. What do you say shameless blog plug man Martijn?
So you're not a Guiliani fan eh? Just curious since you're a New Yorker now. I could never vote for someone whose name I couldn't spell with confidence. Rudolph announced his intentions on Larry King, McCain does it on Letterman... who had the larger audience I wonder.
When are we going to get more of the pros and cons of each of the candidates? Oh that's right, you're busy in school. Hope all's going well.
Faithful Reader
Don't confuse "linger" with "like." If I had to vote for a Republican right this instant, he might very well be the one (I'm a post-Guiliani New Yorker). But as for me and my house, we shall vote for Obama (at least thus far in the game)...
This may be the first election I remember being excited about multiple candidates.
That may change as the media forces the candidates to get shallow and superficial, and the candidates will most likely oblige, but for now it's like those big comic book match ups between your favorite superheroes.
Great metaphor.
